Scientific background

The four mushrooms have studies on small groups behind them. We tell them for what they are:

Reishi — the 2005 randomised study on 132 subjects with neurasthenia evaluated a Reishi extract for 8 weeks on fatigue and wellbeing [1].
Lion's Mane — the 2009 Japanese study on 30 adults with mild cognitive difficulties evaluated 3 g a day of Hericium powder for 16 weeks [2].
Shiitake — the 2015 study on 52 healthy adults evaluated daily Shiitake consumption for 4 weeks on immune parameters [3].
Cordyceps — the 2017 study on adults evaluated 4 g a day of a Cordyceps-based mushroom blend for 3 weeks on exercise tolerance [4].

Ho preso questo integratore di Shiitake perché mi interessava inserirlo nella routine quotidiana come supporto naturale, soprattutto nei periodi in cui mi sento più stanco o voglio dare un po’ più di attenzione alle difese e al benessere generale.Mi piace molto il fatto che la formula sia semplice: estratto di Shiitake da 550 mg, titolato al 30% in polisaccaridi, senza una lista infinita di ingredienti aggiunti. In questi prodotti, per me, la pulizia della composizione conta parecchio, perché preferisco sapere esattamente cosa sto assumendo.Le capsule sono vegetali, facili da prendere e la confezione da 120 capsule permette un ciclo abbastanza comodo, senza dover ricomprare subito il prodotto. Apprezzo anche che sia vegano, senza glutine e senza lattosio, oltre che prodotto in Italia.Naturalmente non lo considero un integratore da effetto immediato o miracoloso. Lo Shiitake, secondo me, ha senso se preso con costanza, dentro una routine già abbastanza curata: alimentazione, riposo, movimento e attenzione generale al corpo. How do you take all 4 mushrooms in the FUNGHI KIT together?

Morning: 2 Cordyceps capsules and 2 Lion's Mane. Lunch: 2 Shiitake capsules. Evening: 2 Reishi capsules, an hour before bed. The timing isn't mandatory, but it follows the logic of each mushroom: the tonics in the morning, the evening ritual with Reishi. With a glass of water, preferably near meals.

How long does it take to see results with the FUNGHI KIT?

Mushrooms don't work in a few days. In studies (see Scientific background) observations last from 3-4 weeks (Shiitake, Cordyceps) to 8-16 weeks (Reishi, Lion's Mane). That's why each bottle contains 120 capsules, two months, and the recommended cycle is 2-3 months.
